采用离子络合法在 Ｐ Ａ Ｎ 膜中制备了 Ｃｄ Ｓ 纳米微晶。根据红外吸收（ Ｉ Ｒ） 光谱和原子力显微镜（ Ａ Ｆ Ｍ） 的测试结果提出了可能的形成机理， 并采用 Ｘ 射线衍射分析（ Ｘ Ｒ Ｄ） 、紫外可见吸收光谱（ Ｕ Ｖ） 、激发和发射光谱（ Ｐ Ｌ） 对其特征进行了初步表征。
The CdS nanocrystallites were prepared in P A N membrane by ion-complexation. Based on the results of IR and AFM, possible mechanism of formation was proposed and analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible absorption spectrum (UV), excitation and emission Spectrum (P L) of its characteristics were initially characterized.
