在日常工作中,有一个普遍现象,就是部属说错了话、做错了事,领导者往往要对其进行批评教育甚至严厉训斥,责令其道歉或检讨。但是,如果领导者有错呢?能放下架子,主动向部属认错道歉的则微乎其微。究其原因,不外乎两种情况:一种情况,是有的领导者认为自己职务比部属高,水平也一定比部属强,不愿意承认自己会有错;另一种情况,是有的领导者虽然也知道自己错了,但怕在部属面前丢面子、失威信,不愿意去道歉。这样做的结果,当然是影响干群关系,有损领导者形象。
