细胞免疫功能测定对恶性肿瘤的病因研究、治疗效果及预后均有一定意义。近年来,我们曾应用T 玫瑰花结法、淋巴母细胞转化试验,对口腔颌面部癌肿患者进行测定,但有时不能灵敏而准确地反映免疫状态,1977年起我们应用氚化胸腺嘧啶核甙(简称~3H-TdR)掺入法测定70例口腔颌面部癌肿患者的淋巴细胞掺入值。本文初步报道测定方法及结果,并与形态法“淋转”的结果进行比较.一、材料与方法(一)测定对象:1.病人组:70例,其中男52例,女18例.平均年龄44岁.病理类型以鳞癌为主(34/70)。2.对照组:健康人65例,平均年龄30岁.口腔颌面部良性疾病患者16例,平均年龄40岁.
The determination of cellular immune function has a certain significance for the study of etiology, treatment effect and prognosis of malignant tumors. In recent years, we have used the T rosette method and lymphoblast transformation assay to measure patients with oral and maxillofacial cancers. However, sometimes we can not accurately and accurately reflect the immune status. Since 1977 we have applied thymidine甙 (abbreviated ~3H-TdR) incorporation method was used to determine lymphocyte incorporation in 70 patients with oral and maxillofacial cancer.
