翻浆引起路面的破坏,在辽东几条国道干线上是一直尚未解决的老问题。为了展开对翻浆现象的讨论,仅根据一些零星资料,以沈鞍线为准,笔者发表个人一点很肤浅的看法,请广大读者批评指正。一、概况沈鞍线是1942年日伪所测,该路标准定得很高,全线除无立体交叉外,在路基宽度、半径纵坡等方面,均合乎一级公路标准。1944年,日伪当局对该线仓促进行了施工,路基填土很乱,且高度不足。 1950~1951年东北公路总局进行了改建,在日伪修好的土基上,铺设了碎石级配路面。但因为基础条件不好,又缺乏经常养护,所以翌年就出现了翻浆现象。后来一年不如一年,翻浆引起道路的严重破坏,影响了通
