本文研究了炭/炭(C/C)复合材料湿态摩擦性能。考察了在湿态下刹本能量、刹车比压对化学气相沉积C/C复合材料摩擦性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:环境湿度强烈地影响着C/C复合材料的摩擦学性能,在湿态下其摩擦系数减小;随着刹车能量、刹车比压的增加,摩擦系数进一步衰减。
In this paper, the wet friction properties of C / C composites were studied. The influence of brake energy and brake pressure on the tribological properties of C / C composites by wet chemical vapor deposition was investigated. The experimental results show that the environmental humidity strongly influences the tribological properties of C / C composites and decreases in the wet state. The friction coefficient decreases with the increase of brake energy and brake pressure.
