对自行研制的重载辙叉用贝氏体钢进行了组织和力学性能分析。结果表明:此种材料在锻造态下的组织为无碳化物贝氏体与少量残留奥氏体。该试验钢在锻造态下具有1340 MPa的屈服强度和1440 MPa的抗拉强度,伸长率为18.5%,断面收缩率为53%;试验钢在锻后回火态下的屈服强度为1362 MPa,抗拉强度为1460 MPa,伸长率为20%,断面收缩率为54%;夏比V型冲击试验显示,试验钢锻造态下的常温冲击吸收能量为43.4 J,-50℃时的冲击吸收能量为11.4 J,能满足重载贝氏体钢辙叉低温状态下的使用要求。研究结果表明,该重载辙叉用贝氏体钢具有优良的综合力学性能。
The self-developed heavy duty frog baissed steel was analyzed by microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that the structure of this kind of material in the forging state is carbides-free bainite and a small amount of retained austenite. The test steel has a yield strength of 1340 MPa and a tensile strength of 1440 MPa in the forging state, with an elongation of 18.5% and a reduction of area of 53%. The yield strength of the test steel after forging tempering is 1362 MPa , The tensile strength is 1460 MPa, the elongation is 20% and the reduction of area is 54%. The Charpy V-type impact test shows that the impact energy at room temperature in forged state of the test steel is 43.4 J and the impact at -50 ° C Absorption energy of 11.4 J, can meet the requirements of heavy-duty bainitic steel frog low temperature conditions. The results show that the heavy duty frog bainite steel has excellent mechanical properties.
