为研究局灶性脑缺血后局部内皮素（ＥＴ）水平的变化，通过放射免疫法检测右大脑中动脉栓塞（Ｒ－ＭＣＡＯ）大鼠不同时间左右脑组织的ＥＴ含量，发现Ｒ－ＭＣＡＯ３０分后，脑组织ＥＴ浓度明显升高，且随缺血时间延长而继续升高，并以梗死侧为明显。说明ＥＴ在脑缺血所至的脑组织损伤中起了重要作用
