本文以McCarey博士近期在国际屈光性角膜成形学会上的专题讲演为基础,结合有关文献,综合介绍人工合成角膜内镜片屈光性手术的进展。扼要叙述角膜内镜片的原理、人工合成角膜内镜片的发展过程,并从光学性能和角膜营养两方面阐明镜片材料的必备条件和需求。以此为基点详细介绍了水凝胶角膜内镜片的渗透性及其对上皮层葡萄糖利用具有的重要作用。简要介绍了镜片植入角膜的手术程序和要点。对近十年来实验动物的研究成果和临床试用25例的术后及随访结果及目前尚未克服的缺陷一一予以展示。针对现存问题,对人工合成角膜内镜片的应用前景和美国有关光学辐射公司正在研制的新型水凝胶Fresnel角膜内镜片提出设想和展望。
Based on the recent speeches of Dr. McCarey at the International Association of Refractive Keraters, this article presents the progress of refractive surgery of synthetic corneal endoscopes in combination with relevant literature. Briefly describe the principle of intraocular lens, synthetic corneal lens development process, and from the optical properties and corneal nutrition to clarify both the lens material requirements and requirements. Based on this, the permeability of hydrogel intraocular lens and its important role in glucose utilization in the epithelial layer were introduced in detail. Briefly introduced the procedure and key point of lens implantation cornea. In the past ten years, the research results of experimental animals and clinical trials of 25 cases of postoperative and follow-up results and the current defects have not been overcome one by one to be displayed. In view of the existing problems, the prospect of artificial corneal endoscope application and the new hydrogel Fresnel intraocular lens under development in the United States are put forward.
