BALB/c小鼠经可溶性日本血吸虫成虫抗原(SWAP)或/和可溶性蚯蚓抗原(SEWP)免疫后,观察、计数其胸腺T细胞总数、活性T细胞、L3T4细胞以及Lyt2细胞。结果显示,SWAP免疫组L3T4细胞明显增加(P<0.05);SEWP免疫组4个指标则均无明显变化(P>0.05);SWAP与SEWP混合制剂免疫组T细胞总数、活性T细胞以及L3T4细胞均显增加(P<0.05)。相关分析表明:CD+4T细胞(即L3T4细胞)在SWAP所诱导的保护性免疫力中可能起重要作用,而SEWP存在细胞免疫以外的其它可能保护性免疫机制,但SEWP与SWAP有明显的协同作用
BALB / c mice were immunized with soluble Schistosoma japonicum adult worm antigen (SWAP) and / or soluble earthworm antigen (SEWP), and the total number of thymus T cells, activated T cells, L3T4 cells and Lyt2 cells were observed. The results showed that the number of L3T4 cells in SWAP immunized group was significantly increased (P <0.05), while there was no significant change in SEWP immunized group (P> 0.05) Cells and L3T4 cells were significantly increased (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that CD + 4T cells (ie, L3T4 cells) may play an important role in protective immunity induced by SWAP, while SEWP may have other protective immune mechanisms besides cellular immunity.
