Bonite是属于致密六铝酸钙骨料(CA6),具有较高的耐火度、相对低的导热性以及高耐磨性,一般用作钢包永久衬的耐火骨料。另外还有一种新型的致密度稍低一点的Bonite LD,其导热性更低,而且具有更好的抗渣性。对不同的钢包内衬的模拟显示,Bonite基耐火材料能够降低保温层的接触温度、钢壳温度以及工艺过程中的热量损失。此外还可以降低内衬的厚度以增加整个钢包的容量。新开发的Bonite LD节能效果更好。
Bonite is a dense calcium aluminate aggregate (CA6) with high refractoriness, relatively low thermal conductivity, and high wear resistance. It is commonly used as a refractory aggregate for ladle permanent linings. There is also a new, less dense Bonite LD with lower thermal conductivity and better slag resistance. Simulations of different ladle liners show that Bonite-based refractories reduce the contact temperature of the insulation, the temperature of the steel shell, and the heat loss during the process. In addition it is also possible to reduce the thickness of the liner to increase the capacity of the entire ladle. The newly developed Bonite LD is more energy efficient.
