运用扫描电镜等手段对神府煤田失效的采煤机截齿齿头(WCCo硬质合金)进行了失效分析,明确了该煤田截齿齿头的主要失效形式为崩齿、磨损和掉块。在断口分析的基础上阐明了造成失效的主要因素:冲击载荷达到或超过合金抗弯强度,煤层中的夹矸石对硬质合金的磨粒切削作用,周期载荷及热摩擦引起的冲击疲劳和热疲劳龟裂;并针对这些失效原因提出了延长截齿寿命的方法。
The failure analysis of shearer’s tooth (WCCo cemented carbide) which failed in Shenfu coalfield was carried out by means of scanning electron microscope. It was found that the main failure forms of tooth head of coal field were collapse tooth, wear and tear Piece. On the basis of the fracture analysis, the main factors causing the failure are described: the impact load meets or exceeds the bending strength of the alloy, the abrasive grain cutting action of the gangue in the coal seam on the cemented carbide, the cyclic fatigue and heat load caused by the cyclic friction and heat Fatigue cracks; and for these reasons for the failure to extend the life of the cutter method.
