高层建筑深基坑施工过程中,由于土体开挖及主体结构施工,极易引起地基失稳引发安全事故。以苏州市某高层建筑物深基坑支护沉降监测为研究背景,介绍了工程概况和地质条件,阐述了基准点布设、监测内容、观测方法及周期。通过对监测数据的分析表明,沉降速率受施工速度与场地降水影响较大,不均匀沉降变化远小于规范允许的变形值。说明该建筑的支护设计方案可行、施工质量可靠、沉降监测方法正确,可为类似条件下高层建筑的安全施工与支护监测提供参考。
During the construction of deep foundation pit of high-rise building, due to excavation of the soil and the construction of the main structure, the instability of the foundation can easily lead to safety accidents. Taking the monitoring and supporting of deep foundation pit support in a high-rise building in Suzhou as the research background, the general situation of the project and the geological conditions are introduced. The layout of reference points, the content of monitoring, the observation methods and the cycle are described. The analysis of monitoring data shows that the settlement rate is greatly affected by construction speed and site precipitation, and the variation of uneven settlement is far less than the allowable deformation values. It shows that the design scheme of supporting construction of the building is feasible, the construction quality is reliable and the settlement monitoring method is correct. It can provide references for the safety construction and support monitoring of high-rise buildings under similar conditions.
