目的研究溶血标本对生化检验结果的影响。方法本次研究随机选取2012年3月至2015年3月入我院进行体检的90例健康体检者的血液标本作为研究对象,溶血前进行常规生化检验并记录结果,溶血后采用同款全自动生化分析仪进行检验,所得检验结果与溶血前结果进行对比。结果 90例健康体检者的血液标本经溶血后,载脂蛋白B、CK、甲状腺球蛋白、尿酸、AST等各项生化检验指标均与溶血前比较存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中轻度溶血以影响CK及AST为主,而重度溶血对各项生化检验指标的影响均明显。结论溶血标本对生化检验多项指标均有很大影响,溶血程度越深,对生化检验的影响越深,影响范围越广。
Objective To study the effect of hemolysis on biochemical test results. Methods This study randomly selected 90 healthy subjects from March 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital for blood test as the object of study, routine biochemical tests before hemolysis and record the results after hemolysis using the same paragraph fully automatic Biochemical analyzer test, the test results obtained and pre-hemolytic results were compared. Results The blood samples from 90 healthy volunteers showed significant differences (P <0.05) in biochemical indexes such as apolipoprotein B, CK, thyroglobulin, uric acid and AST (P <0.05) Hemolysis to affect the CK and AST-based, and severe hemolysis on the biochemical test indicators were significantly affected. Conclusion Hemolytic samples have a great impact on many indexes of biochemical tests. The deeper the hemolysis, the deeper the impact on biochemical tests, the wider the range of influence.
