目的 :观察三氯苯达唑治疗家犬卫氏并殖吸虫病的疗效。方法 :腹腔内注射感染囊蚴10 0个 /犬 ,共 6只。感染后 170 d,治疗组 3犬口服三氯苯达唑 10 0 mg/ kg· d× 2 d。治后逐日粪检以 Stoll法计数虫卵。治后 38d解剖观察犬肺部虫囊和虫体情况 ,并作病理切片检查。结果 :感染后60 d6只犬粪便中均发现卫氏并殖吸虫虫卵。治疗后 7— 14d,治疗组犬粪便中并殖吸虫卵阴转。对照组犬双肺虫囊数分别为 18、2 4和 2 4个 ,检获并殖吸虫成虫分别为 38、51和 4 2个 ;治疗组犬双肺虫囊数分别为 10、7和 4个 ,仅在 1犬中发现 2条较小的成虫 ,其余 2犬未检获并殖吸虫 ,减虫率平均为 98.5%。结论 :三氯苯达唑对卫氏并殖吸虫有良好杀虫作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of triclabendazole on Paragonimus westermani in domestic dogs. Methods: Infected 100 cases of cercariae by intraperitoneal injection, 6 dogs in total. 170 d after infection, the treatment group 3 dogs oral TCL 10 0 mg / kg · d × 2 d. The average worm reduction rate was 98.5%. Conclusion: Trichlorobenzeazole has good insecticidal activity against Paragonimus westermani.
