土壤-车辆系统力学的一个重要内容是研究车辆的牵引性能,并计算出其牵引力。现在对履带拖拉机所能发挥牵引力的估计,都用积分办法计算。这有两个问题:其一,履带拖拉机在地面行驶时,履刺把接地段土壤切成很多小段。因此把土壤推力当成在接地段上的连续函数来积分是不合理的;其二,积分公式中用的系数都是由试验曲线取定,即使积分计算方法是科学的,由于系数不准计算结果也只能是粗略近似的。文中作者提出一种新的确定履带拖拉机牵引力的方法,即以单块履带板作基础,用简单的线段叠加法即可确定整条履带的牵引力。此方法避免了繁琐的积分运算,简便易行,较为适用。
An important part of soil-vehicle system mechanics is to study the traction performance of a vehicle and calculate its traction. Now the estimation of the traction force that the crawler tractor can exert is calculated by the integral method. There are two problems with this: First, when the crawler tractor is driving on the ground, the slasher cuts the soil in the grounding section into many small sections. Therefore, it is unreasonable to integrate the soil thrust as a continuous function on the ground segment. Second, the coefficients used in the integral formula are determined by the test curve. Even if the integral calculation method is scientific, the coefficient is not allowed to calculate the result. It can only be roughly approximated. The author of this paper proposes a new method for determining the traction force of crawler tractors, that is, using a single track shoe as a basis, and using a simple line segment method to determine the traction force of the entire track. This method avoids cumbersome integral calculations and is simple and easy to use.
