真姬菇即玉蕈其分类地位隶属于担子菌纲,伞菌目,白磨科,离褶伞族玉蕈属。其味道鲜美,适口性较佳,深受消费者喜爱。近年来,日本需求量倍增,市场潜力极大,已成为日本五大宗人工栽培的食用菌之一。1995年我所从日本引进高产菌株,随后对其生物学特性及栽培条件进行系统研究。在室内试验栽培获得成功,并在室外大面积栽培获得较高产量。现把试验结果总结如下:1 生物学特性真姬菇属低温变温结实性
