虽然个别铝回收公司非常了解废料熔炼过程中典型的金属产出率,但铝回收工业的全貌却不清晰。本工作完成了1995 ̄2004年欧盟成员国(EU—15)铝回收工业的物料平衡,目的是使人们更清楚地了解复杂的回收系统和确定熔炼废料时如何做到资源节约。结果表明,2002年欧盟15国回收购买的废料、来料加工废料和内部废料(三者的平均金属含量94%)共约700万吨,金属回收率高达98%。
While individual aluminum recycling companies know the typical metal output during scrap smelting, the whole picture of the aluminum recovery industry is unclear. This work has completed the material balance of the aluminum recycling industry of the EU member states (EU-15) from 1995 to 2004 in order to provide a clearer understanding of complex recovery systems and how to conserve resources when determining smelting waste. The results show that in 2002, about 15 million tons of waste, processing wastes and internal wastes recovered from the 15 EU countries (about 94% of the average metal content of the three) were recovered and the metal recovery rate was as high as 98%.
