介绍用红外技术研制成功的HDZ-笼型异步电动机端部温度测量仪。测量范围0~300℃,测量误差为满刻度的±1%。仪器采用热释电型红外探测器作为温度传感器;采用电子音片斩波器,将转子端部发射的红外辐射通量调制成交流信号,这样的交流辐射通量被红外探测器接受转换成电压信号。经过放大、滤波、检波,解调为直流信号,再经放大和线性化处理与环境温度和高温补偿信号相加,由A/D转换成数字量,数字显示电机转子端部的温度。
Describes the HDZ-cage induction motor end temperature measuring instrument developed with infrared technology. Measuring range 0 ~ 300 ℃, measurement error of ± 1% of full scale.
