目的:解析并比较黑龙江省不同地区的满山红油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油。用GC-MS法对完全分离的色谱峰定性,用化学计量学HELP方法解析重叠峰。以色谱峰面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对含量,并进行主成分分析。结果:共鉴定85种成分,其中共有成分32种。15个样品按其化学成分可分为4类。6个满山红油中未检出杜鹃酮。结论:GC-MS法结合化学计量学方法分析满山红油,可获得更多的信息。
Objective: To analyze and compare the chemical composition of Manshan oil in different areas of Heilongjiang Province. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The fully separated chromatographic peaks were characterized by GC-MS and the overlapped peaks were resolved by the chemometrics HELP method. The relative content of each compound was obtained by normalizing the peak area and the principal component analysis was performed. Results: A total of 85 components were identified, of which 32 were common components. 15 samples according to their chemical composition can be divided into four categories. Rhododendron ketone was not detected in 6 Manshan oil. Conclusion: GC-MS combined with chemometric analysis of Manshan red oil, available for more information.
