收缩和温差应力是造成房屋墙体裂缝的主要原因之一,它的危害引起人们愈来愈普遍的关注。以往这方面的基本数据是从国外有关规范中抄搬过来的,很不适应我国建设事业发展的要求。本文介绍了测试砌体收缩率和线胀系数的方法,从测得数据的分析说明这种方法是切实可行的。测试的过程说明,砌体收缩裂缝的产主除了跟收缩值的大小有关外,还跟收缩的规律有密切关系。最后,介绍了一种近似计算砌体线胀系数的方法。
Shrinkage and temperature stress are one of the main causes of cracks in the wall of a house, and its harm causes people’s increasing concern. In the past, the basic data in this regard was copied from relevant foreign regulations, and it was not suitable for the requirements of the development of China’s construction industry. This article describes the method to test the shrinkage and linear expansion coefficient of masonry. From the analysis of measured data, this method is feasible. The test process shows that the main producers of masonry shrinkage cracks are closely related to the shrinking rules, in addition to the size of the shrinkage value. Finally, a method to approximate the linear expansion coefficient of masonry is introduced.
