矮型异相抽油机 (以下简称矮型机 )是中国石油天然气集团公司推广机型。与常规抽油机比较 ,体积小、重量轻、能耗小、效率高。通过对矮型机的优化设计进行研究 ,编写了设计、计算软件包。指出矮型机优化既有等式约束又有不等式约束 ,是多维非线性优化问题 ,具有多个极值点。广义拉格朗日乘子法是矮型机优化的有效方法 ,设置墙函数 ,是提高程序运行效率的有效手段。矮型机优化结果与同类型常规抽油机比较 ,各杆尺寸明显减小 ,最大扭矩系数下降17%
Low-profile heterogeneous pumping unit (hereinafter referred to as the low-profile machine) is China National Petroleum Corporation to promote models. Compared with the conventional pumping unit, small size, light weight, low energy consumption and high efficiency. Through the optimization of the design of the low-profile machine to carry out research, writing design and calculation software package. It is pointed out that the optimization of the short machine has both the equality constraints and the inequality constraints. It is a multi-dimensional nonlinear optimization problem with multiple extreme points. The general Lagrange multiplier method is an effective method for the optimization of the low-profile machine. Setting the wall function is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the program. Compared with the conventional pumping unit of the same type, the optimization results of the short-type machine significantly reduced the size of each rod and the maximum torque coefficient decreased by 17%
