近年来,已发现环磷酸腺甙(cAMP)的测定对某些疾病的诊断和治疗有重要的参考价值。有人报道,阻塞性黄疸与非阻塞性黄疸注射胰高血糖素(Glucagon)后,血浆cAMP含量的升高是有区别的。为了进一步证实这一结果的正确性及掌握其变化规律,以便更好地应用于临床,故在动物上进行了实验性研究。现将实验方法及初步结果报告如下: 一、材料与方法(一)实验材料:家兔12只,体重1.6~2.8kg,雌雄不拘。随机分2组,即胆总管结扎组与注射四氯化碳(CCl_4)组(简称结扎组和CCl_4组),各组6只。(二)实验方法: (一)复制动物疾病模型: 1.结扎组:5%硫贲妥钠静脉麻醉,行胆总管结扎断离术。2.CCl_4组:实验前,于小腿外侧深部肌肉注射50%CCl_4,剂量为2ml/kg体重。(二)观察指标及其测定方法: 1.血清胆红素:根据重氮反应原理,用721型分光光度计(上海第三仪器厂)按比色
In recent years, it has been found that the determination of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) has important reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of certain diseases. It has been reported that there is a difference in plasma cAMP levels after obstructive jaundice and non-obstructive jaundice injections of glucagon. In order to further confirm the correctness of this result and to grasp its changing rules so as to be better applied to the clinic, an experimental study was conducted on animals. The experimental methods and preliminary results are reported as follows: I. Materials and Methods (I) Experimental materials: 12 rabbits weighing 1.6-2.8 kg, either male or female. Randomly divided into two groups, namely the common bile duct ligation group and injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4) group (abbreviated ligation group and CCl_4 group), 6 in each group. (B) experimental methods: (A) reproduction of animal disease model: 1. Ligation group: 5% thiopental sodium intravenous anesthesia, common bile duct ligation. 2. CCl_4 group: Before the experiment, 50% CCl_4 was injected into the deep lateral muscle of the lower leg, and the dose was 2ml/kg body weight.
