意见领袖是传播学一个非常重要的概念,在日常生活中非常常见,对民众认知水平也起着相当大的影响。除了传播学领域,其无论是在企业公关还是政府公关中都起着至关重要的作用。随着新媒体平台的日益发展,意见领袖说话做事的传播范围和速度迅速变广变快,其对民众认识水平的影响究竟是好是坏也值得探究。本文从意见领袖对民众认知水平现状的分析出发,在其对民众认知的深度和广度上进行探究,也提出了一些加强其正面作用的措施,例如完善言论和正确使用新媒体平台等。
Opinion leaders are a very important concept of communication and are very common in everyday life. They also have a considerable impact on the level of public awareness. Apart from the field of communication science, it plays a crucial role both in corporate public relations and government public relations. With the development of new media platforms, the scope and speed of opinion leaders speaking and doing things rapidly widening and widening. Whether the impact on public awareness level is good or bad is also worth exploring. Based on the analysis of the current situation of public awareness, this paper explores the depth and breadth of public awareness and puts forward some measures to strengthen its positive role, such as improving the speech and correctly using the new media platform.
