蒽醌法生产过氧化氢时,工作液组分的测定,目前国内多采用蒸馏法。我们在应用蒸馏法的同时,试验了用重量法及比重法测定总固体含量,一年多的实践表明,重量法准确度高,比重法快速简便,更适用于工业生产。一、重量法 <一>配制已知含量的工作液准确称取6.0克H’EAQ(四氢2,乙基蕙醒)及6.0克EAQ(2,乙基葱醒),置于校正过的量筒中,加入50.Oml苯及SO.Oml氢化菇松醇,室温下搅拌溶解,于25℃恒温水浴中静置,测其体积为108.0ml,比重d4“5=(克/升)(J比处以总醒量代表总固体含量)
