为了比较神经性抑郁症（ＮＤＤ）和重型抑郁症（ＭＤＤ）的遗传学差异，对３４例ＮＤＤ和３２例ＭＤＤ的家系进行了初步遗传病学分析和遗传方式探讨。结果发现，ＮＤＤ家系成员患情感障碍风险低于ＭＤＤ家系成员，但患ＭＤＤ风险无明显差异，ＮＤＤ和ＭＤＤ家系患精神分裂症风险明显高于普通人群，尚不能否认精神病连续统的存在。
To compare the genetic differences between neurodegenerative (NDD) and major depression (MDD), a preliminary genetic analysis and genetic approach were performed in 34 NDD and 32 MDD pedigrees. The results showed that members of the NDD family members suffering from affective disorder risk lower than MDD family members, but MDD risk no significant difference between the risk of schizophrenia in NDD and MDD pedigrees was significantly higher than the general population, can not deny the existence of psychiatric continuum.
