本文以400安焊机为例研究了梯形动铁式弧焊变压器的优化设计问题。其特点是在技术经济指标满足部颁标准的前提下,直接以焊机成本作为目标函数,优化后得到成本最低,而效率较高的设计方案。优化求解选用了对目标函数和约束函数无特殊要求的直接法。程序简单,实用性强。400安焊机优化设计计算获得了若干有价值的设计方案。
In this paper, the 400-m welding machine is taken as an example to study the optimal design of trapezoidal moving iron arc welding transformers. It is characterized by the technical and economic indicators to meet the ministerial standards under the premise of welding directly to the cost as an objective function, optimized to get the lowest cost, and more efficient design. The optimization method uses the direct method which has no special requirements on the objective function and the constraint function. The program is simple, practical and strong. 400 welder optimization design and calculation obtained a number of valuable design.
