情境意识(SA)是影响管制员决策和操作绩效的重要因素。为探究有效测量管制员SA水平的客观指标,搭建模拟塔台管制员眼动试验平台,设计并完成3组不同任务难度的试验。利用最近邻算法(NNI)量化识别被试眼动注视特征,并分析不同注视特征管制员的SA和操作绩效。研究结果表明:随着任务难度的增加,被试的SA水平均呈下降趋势;注视模式呈离散型分布的被试有更高的SA水平和操作绩效;眼动分析中的NNI注视指数是未来实时人因工程中测量SA水平的潜力指标。
Situational awareness (SA) is an important factor that affects the decision-making and operational performance of controllers. In order to explore objective indicators for effective measurement of controller SA level, an eye movement test platform for simulating tower controller was set up to design and complete three groups of experiments with different task difficulty. The nearest neighbor algorithm (NNI) was used to quantitatively identify the eye movement characteristics of participants and to analyze SA and operational performance of controllers with different gaze characteristics. The results show that: with the increase of the task difficulty, the SA level of the participants showed a downward trend; participants with the fixation pattern being discretely distributed had higher SA levels and performance; the NNI fixation index in the eye movement analysis was the future Real-time human factors in the project to measure the level of SA indicators.
