作者对62例地贫患者、44只大白鼠及其各口对照的SF、T_3、T_4、TSⅡ和гT_3进行测定。结果表明儿童重型地贫组SF显著增高,且与输血量有相关关系,而T_3、T_4均较对照组明显降低;在儿童轻型地贫组和成人地贫组,T_3也明显低于对照;各地贫组的TSH及гT_3均无显著性差异。实验组大鼠中,铁负荷SF显著增高,贫血组T_2显著降低,T_4铁负荷组明显降低,在贫血组也可能降低。结果表明重型地贫垂体-甲状腺功能不足,可能系贫血和铁过荷所致,国外同类研究结果以T_4降低明显且多见,而该文病例T_3降低更明显,推测与贫血程度严重有关。
The author of 62 cases of thalassemia patients, 44 rats and its oral control SF, T_3, T_4, TS Ⅱ and г T_3 were measured. The results showed that SF was significantly increased in children with severe thalassemia and had a correlation with blood transfusion while T 3 and T 4 were significantly lower than those in control group. T 3 was also significantly lower in children with thalassemia and thalassemia; Poor group of TSH and гT_3 no significant difference. In the experimental group, the iron load SF was significantly increased, T 2 in the anemia group was significantly reduced, the T 4 iron load group was significantly reduced, and may also be reduced in the anemia group. The results showed that hypothyroidism in severe thalassemia - hypothyroidism may be due to anemia and iron overload caused by the similar results of foreign studies to T_4 significantly lower and more common, but the case of T_3 reduction is more obvious, presumably with a serious degree of anemia.
