目的:探讨加贝脂在内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)患者十二指肠乳头黏膜、括约肌组织中血管活性肠肽(VIP)和神经型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)含量的影响.方法:选择2009-09/2010-07因不明原因的上腹痛、黄疸到皖南医学院弋矶山医院就诊患者,在签署知情同意书后接受逆行胰胆造影术,共30例.按随机双盲法分成加贝酯组(GM组)与对照组.GM组静脉滴注加贝酯100mg+0.9%生理盐水100mL以2.5mg/(kg?h)速度静脉滴入,输液结束后3min取材;对照组给予0.9%生理盐水100mL静滴,取材同前.标本常规置于-70℃冰箱保存,采用双抗体两步夹心ELISA测定组织内VIP及nNOS含量的变化.结果:GM组十二指肠乳头黏膜中VIP(ng/L)显著高于对照组(0.032±0.004vs0.031±0.002,P<0.05),nNOS值较对照组无显著性差异;GM组Oddi括约肌中VIP较对照组无明显差异,而nNOS(μmol/L)较对照组差异非常显著(9.55±1.10vs8.29±0.56,P<0.01).结论:应用常规剂量的GM患者十二指肠乳头黏膜中VIP的含量增加,Oddi括约肌中nNOS的含量明显增加.
Objective: To investigate the effects of Gabapeptide on the content of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in the duodenal papilla mucosa and sphincter of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) patients. Methods: From 2009-09 / 2010-07, 30 patients with upper abdominal pain and jaundice who went to Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College for treatment of retrograde cholangiopancreatography after signed informed consent were randomly divided into two groups according to randomized double-blind method The mice were randomly divided into gabexate group (GM group) and control group.GM group was intravenously dripped with 100mg of Gabapentin 100mg + 0.9% saline at a rate of 2.5mg / (kg? H) Given 0.9% saline 100mL intravenous infusion of the same material samples routinely stored at -70 ℃ refrigerator, double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with two-step sandwich ELISA to determine the content of VIP and nNOS changes.Results: GM duodenal mucosa VIP in the sphincter of Oddi in GM group was significantly higher than that of the control group (0.032 ± 0.004vs0.031 ± 0.002, P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the value of nNOS between the two groups The difference of nNOS (μmol / L) from the control group was significant (9.55 ± 1.10 vs 8.29 ± 0.56, P <0.01) .Conclusion: Who duodenal mucosa VIP content increases, Oddi sphincter of nNOS was significantly increased.
