瑞吉欧方案教学理念的核心是:以儿童为出发点,承认儿童有自身的权利和发展的极大潜能,让儿童凭自己的经验面对自己的探索去创造属于自己的理论。在教学中,通过围绕某一主题进行网络式的拓展,形成一个主题网络。这个网络中的分支主题,可以是教师预设,也可以是儿童自己生成。在活动中,充分肯定儿童的主体地位,充分调动儿童在活动中的积极性, 充分利用家长、社区等多种资源,以多样化的教学手段达成主题目标的实现,促进幼儿整体素质的发展。
The core of the Reggio program’s teaching philosophy is that it takes children as their starting point and acknowledges that children have great potential for their own rights and development so that children can use their experience to face their own exploration and create their own theories. In teaching, a network of topics is formed by expanding the network around a certain topic. The branch theme in this network can be teacher presets or children’s own generation. In the activity, we fully affirmed the dominant position of children, fully mobilized the enthusiasm of children in activities, made full use of resources such as parents and communities, achieved thematic goals with diversified teaching methods, and promoted the development of young children’s overall quality.
