肝细胞癌(HCC)常呈多结节,由此涉及了多结节起源肿瘤和由单一肿瘤转移形成多结节之间的鉴别诊断问题.有报道在单结节HCC的p53基因突变率为29%~36%,预计在多结节病例中会更高.作者应用PCR-SSCP方法对p53基因突变类型作了研究.在26例多发性HCC患者手术切除的58个肿瘤标本中,4例有3个结节,22例有2个结节.2例肿瘤分别是第二次切除和腹腔淋巴结转移灶.依据病理标准,将病例分为:多结节(19例)、转移
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) often presents with multiple nodules, which involves the differential diagnosis between multinodular origin tumors and the formation of multiple nodules from a single tumor metastasis. It has been reported that the p53 gene mutation rate in single nodule HCC 29% to 36%, is expected to be higher in multiple nodular cases. The authors used PCR-SSCP method to study p53 gene mutation types. Of the 58 tumor specimens resected in 26 patients with multiple HCC, 4 cases. There were 3 nodules and 22 had 2 nodules. The 2 tumors were the second resection and celiac lymph node metastases. According to the pathological criteria, the cases were divided into: multiple nodules (19 cases), metastases
