人力资源管理在现代经济社会中占有重要的地位,不同组织形式下的人力资源管理的具体方式存在较大的差别。对企事业来说恰当合理的人力资源管理模式有利于提高自身的经营管理效率从而促进市场竞争力的提升。目前国内外对人力资源管理存在不同的看法,人力资源管理实践中应减少盲目性和重复性,从企事业的经营战略和管理模式入手选择科学有效的人力资源管理途径。本文就人力资源管理模式以及选择因素进行了分析和探讨。
