我院近10年来发现由卧位引起心律失常7例,现将其中4例报告如下。例1为男性14岁,胸闷不适1周来就诊。体检无明显心血管疾病,心电图检查时出现频发室性早搏,坐位消失。例2为女性5岁,因胸闷心悸夜间加剧来院.听诊心律不齐,无明显杂音,卧位心电图室早二联律,坐位、立位偶见室早。例3为女性4岁,入院常规心电图检查发现Ⅱ度 Our hospital found that in the past 10 years, 7 cases of arrhythmia caused by supine position, of which 4 cases are reported as follows.
