染色体多态性(chromosome polymorphism)也称异态性是指不同个体之间染色体结构和染色体的着色强度存在恒定但属非病理性的细小差别。结构异染色质集中分布于着丝粒、端粒区、随体、次缢痕和Y染色体长臂。传统观点认为染色体多态属于正常变异,一般不引起表型效应。但近年的研究表明,染色体多态性不能一概而论视其为正常变异。我们在近5年多工作中也发现染色体多态性有相应的临床效应,现报道如下。
Chromosomal polymorphism (chromosome polymorphism), also known as heterosexuality refers to the chromosome structure between different individuals and chromosomal staining intensity constant but non-pathological small differences. Structural heterochromatin concentrated in the centromere, telomere zone, with the body, the second marks and Y chromosome long arm. The traditional view that chromosome polymorphism is a normal mutation, generally does not cause phenotypic effects. However, recent studies show that chromosome polymorphism can not be generalized as normal variation. We also found that in the past five years and more work have a corresponding clinical effect of chromosome polymorphism, are reported below.
