人事统计工作是人事工作的重要组成部分,是科学决策和宏观管理的重要基础。进一步加强和改进人事统计工作,对于人力资源优化整合、深化人事制度改革具有十分重要的意义。当前,在中央水利工作会议和中央一号文件精神的鼓舞下,我国水利事业面临着难得的历史发展机遇,水利行业期待着更好更快的发展。这就要求我们积极主动地做好水利行业人事统计工作,认真总结当前水利行业人事统计工作中取得的经验和存在的问题,采取切实可行的措施,进一步做好新形势下的人事统计工作,为促进我国水利事业的科学发展贡献力量。
Personnel statistics work is an important part of personnel work, is an important basis for scientific decision-making and macro-management. Further strengthening and improving personnel statistics work is of great significance to the optimization and integration of human resources and the deepening of the personnel system reform. At present, inspired by the Central Water Conservancy Working Conference and the document No.1 of the Central Government, China’s water conservancy undertaking faces a rare historical development opportunity and the water conservancy industry is looking forward to better and faster development. This requires that we actively carry out human resources statistics in the water conservancy sector, conscientiously sum up the experience and problems existing in the current personnel statistics of the water conservancy sector, take practical measures to further improve the personnel statistics in the new situation, Promote China’s contribution to the scientific development of water conservancy.
