利用广亲和粳稻品系０２４２８对野败型籼稻细胞质雄性不育系珍汕９７Ａ连续回交，进行广亲和雄性不育系选育，获得了不育性稳定的０２４２８Ａ．测交表明该不育系具有很强的广亲和性和配合力。但在回交世代中出现了先于小孢子败育的颖花退化现象。遗传分析初步证明该种颖花退化是由野败型细胞质和０２４２８中所带的一对隐性基因互作所致。
The wide-compatibility japonica rice line 02428 was used for breeding of wild-type indica CMS line Zhenshan 97A for continuous backcross breeding. The male sterile line 02428A was obtained. Test results show that the male sterile line has a strong affinity and cohesion. However, in the backcross generation, there appeared spike degradation of microspore abortion. Genetic analysis proves that this kind of spike degradation is caused by the interaction between wild-type cytoplasm and a pair of recessive genes carried in 02428.
