It is not alien to both the Chinese and the Chinese people to write Chinese characters and script, script, scripture and seal script works made by Chinese writers. However, when the calligraphy works by children from the Straits were suspended for the first time together with their peers on the other side of the Taiwan Strait, at Taipei’s Cheng Hsuan Shan Memorial Hall, it was a little unknown: On the first day, they attracted interviews with reporters from Taiwan’s United Daily News, China Times, Minsheng Bao and over a dozen news and media outlets such as radio and television stations. Over 5,000 observers signed their messages during the six-day exhibition period The crowds came to see Hin Nak Hin as fast as they could in the heat of the summer. Even before the show was over, they were also given information to see a group of admirers in Wulai Township, over 70 kilometers away from Taipei. Many Taiwanese viewers have also proposed moving to the south for further exhibitions.
