社会工作价值观是社会工作实践的灵魂,是社会工作者的精神动力,是社会工作者成长的力量。社会工作价值观是以人道主义为基础,充分体现了热爱人类、服务人类、促进公平、维护正义和改善人与社会环境关系、促进社会和谐的理想追求,激励和指导着社会工作者的具体工作。因此,社会工作价值理念总体上与我国当前以人为本,构建和谐社会的社会发展理念是一致的。
The values of social work are the soul of social work practice, the spiritual power of social workers and the strength of social worker’s growth. Social work values are based on humanitarianism and fully embody the ideal pursuit of passionate mankind, serving mankind, promoting fairness, safeguarding justice and improving the relationship between mankind and social environment, and promoting the ideal of social harmony, stimulating and directing the specific work of social workers. Therefore, the concept of value of social work as a whole is consistent with the current concept of social development of people-oriented and building a harmonious society in our country.
