燃烧式供暖锅炉的控制过程复杂多变,系统内部的给煤、鼓风耦合性较强,作为控制对象的温度值又具有典型的非线性和滞后性,为解决供暖锅炉控制中的以上难题,自适应优化算法控制系统采用一种基于人工智能的专家系统控制方案,有效地适应锅炉各参数频繁的变化及相互的匹配,克服多回路耦合和各种介质的干扰,很好地解决了锅炉温度控制的难题。系统采用的主要技术是自适应优化算法、人工智能、专家系统,控制系统能实现全自动运行,系统的主要功能是节能增效。
