一直以来，脂蛋白都被认为是动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病发生、发展的关键物质，不同脂蛋白通过其对体内胆固醇的转运等作用促进或抑制心血管疾病的改变。事实上，脂蛋白的功能并不仅限于对心血管疾病的调控，它对肿瘤的发生及进展也有重要影响。其中，高密度脂蛋白可抑制肿瘤的发展、转移，而低密度脂蛋白可加速肿瘤的恶化进程；不同载脂蛋白在一定程度上亦可作为癌症的标志物。“,”Lipoproteins have long been focuses of intense studies in the field of atherosclerosis and cardi-ovascular disease.Different lipoproteins promote or inhibit cardiovascular disease through the transportation of cholesterol.As a matter of fact,the function of lipoprotein is not only limited to the regulation of cardiovascu-lar disease,but also has a close relationship with the genesis and development of tumor.High density lipopro-tein inhibits tumor growth and metastasis, while low density lipoprotein can accelerate the deterioration of tumor;different apolipoproteins can be used as a cancer marker to some extent .This article review that the latest developments about the correlation of different lipoproteins,their components and tumors.
