随着教育事业的发展,学生成长过程中的需求,要使初中生对数学产生浓厚的兴趣,最重要的是能够让每一位学生正确认识自身的优点和缺点,学会和自己赛跑,自己来要求自己,只要比上一次好了就是胜利。这是学生自己的学,还需要教师的教,数学就是一个启发的学科,更多的需要自己的研究与探寻,教师主要的就是一个指导的作用。另外,老师在教育中应多表扬鼓励,少批评、少讽刺、不歧视、多引导,不断地发现他们身上的长处和闪光点,鼓励他们扬长避短,不断进步。本文主要以初中数学为例,对本学科的教与学进行进一步的研究。
