采用以多元羧酸为酯化剂,以无机盐类和含氮化合物为催化剂的交联体系。这是一类新型的、水溶性的、无毒害、无污染的非甲醛系试剂交联体系。用FTIR红外光谱定量解析了反应温度对多元羧酸与纤维素、木质素和木粉交联酯化产物的反应参数(增重率、酯化度、羰基比和交联度)的影响,结果表明:提高反应温度,酯化度、羰基比和交联度增加,过高的温度使酯化度增加较多,而交联度增加较少。为了减少交联反应过程中木材组分的化学降解,增大交联度,适宜的反应温度约为160℃。
The use of polycarboxylic acid as the esterification agent, inorganic salts and nitrogen compounds as a catalyst for the crosslinking system.
