测定植物水势被认为是现代灌水制度中确定何时灌水的直接途径.以中亚准噶尔盆地两种防护林物种——胡杨和俄罗斯杨为研究对象,探讨不同灌溉条件下胡杨和俄罗斯杨的叶、茎水势(ψ1和ψs)变化以及土壤水势(ψsoil)变化对胡杨和俄罗斯杨水势(ψ)的影响.研究结果表明:(1)随着灌溉量的增加,胡杨和俄罗斯杨受旱胁迫的强度逐渐减弱,相同灌溉量下俄罗斯杨受旱胁迫的强度比胡杨弱.(2)环境越干旱,俄罗斯杨对干旱反映的敏感程度越弱,胡杨则越强,反之亦然.(3)胡杨群落地下60cm处土壤水势比地下30和90cm处土壤水势对灌溉量的变化响应强烈,俄罗斯杨群落较浅层土壤水势比较深层土壤水势对灌溉量的变化响应强烈.(4)在土壤水分较充足的情况下,植物黎明前茎水势可作为反映土壤水势的合理指标.(5)对胡杨和俄罗斯杨防护林分别实施多量少灌和少灌多次的策略,能满足胡杨和俄罗斯杨对水分的需求.
The determination of plant water potential is considered as a direct way to determine when to irrigate water in modern irrigation system.With two kinds of shelterbelt Populus euphratica and Populus euphratica in the Junggar Basin of Central Asia as the research object, the leaf and stem of Populus euphratica and Russian poplar under different irrigation conditions were studied. The effects of changes of water potential (ψ1 and ψs) and soil water potential (ψsoil) on Populus euphratica and Russian poplar water potential (ψ) were studied.The results show that: (1) With the increase of irrigation, the intensity of drought stress in Populus euphratica and Russian poplar gradually (2) The drier environment, the weaker Russian poplar sensitivity to drought, the stronger Populus euphratica, and vice versa. (3) Populus euphratica community underground Soil water potential at 60cm was more responsive to changes of soil water potential at 30 and 90cm below ground than that of irrigation at lower depths of soil. (4) In deeper layer soil water potential of Russian poplar community, soil water potential responded strongly to changes in irrigation volume. (4) , The plant stem-water potential before dawn can be used as a reasonable index to reflect the soil water potential. (5) The strategies of reducing and irrigating many times for Populus euphratica and Populus simonii were respectively satisfied Populus euphratica and Russian poplar need of water.
