目的对安神宁口服液中五味子的血清药物化学进行研究。方法建立安神宁口服液及灌胃给予大鼠安神宁口服液后血清的HPLC指纹色谱分析方法;分析比较安神宁口服液、五味子阴性液、五味子单味液以及给药后所得血清样品,鉴定灌胃给予安神宁口服液后大鼠血中五味子化学成分变化,确定来源生药及其代谢产物。结果大鼠灌胃给予安神宁口服液后从血中发现了11个入血成分,其中有一成分虽为五味子中所含成分的原型,但其他2种药材也能代谢产生,对其体内的量变有共同的贡献。结论血中移行成分及代谢产物将成为安神宁口服液的体内直接作用物质,其来源生药为安神宁口服液的主要药物,对其进行深入的研究,将有助于阐明安神宁口服液的有效成分及作用机理。
Objective To study the serum drug chemistry of schisandra chinensis in Anshening oral liquid. Methods A HPLC method was established for the determination of serums of Anshening oral solution and oral administration of Anshening oral solution in rats. The contents of AQIN oral liquid, Schisandra sphenantiscus liquid and Schisandra sphenantum single liquid and the serum samples after administration were analyzed and compared. Stomach given Anshen Ning Oral Liquid chemical composition of Schisandra chemical changes to determine the source of crude drugs and their metabolites. Results After oral administration of Anshening Oral Liquid, 11 blood components were found in the blood. One of them was the prototype of the ingredients contained in Schisandra chinensis, but the other two herbs could also be metabolized. Have a common contribution. Conclusions The blood migration components and metabolites will become the direct acting substances of Anshening oral liquid, and the origin medicine is the main drug of Anshenning oral liquid. It will help to clarify the effectiveness of Anshening oral liquid Composition and mechanism of action.
