本文介绍了热电型和光电型光探测器的结构,列出了Φ5mm普通LED法向辐射强度的量值,对测量结果作了分析,实验结果肯定了用热电型光探测器测量该参数的可行性和重要性,其量值可作为光电型光探测器改善测量精度的量化依据。
This paper introduces the structure of pyroelectric and photoeletrode detector, lists the normal radiation intensity of Φ5mm ordinary LED, and analyzes the measurement results. The experimental results affirm the feasibility of using pyroelectric photodetector to measure this parameter Nature and importance of its value as a photoelectric photodetector to improve the measurement accuracy of quantitative basis.
