为了探讨应用房隔穿刺和球囊房隔造口术建立可控大小房间隔缺损动物模型的新方法 ,选用3周~4周的乳猪共6头 ,体重5kg~10kg(平均7.5kg) ,在X线和超声引导下 ,应用房隔穿刺和Rashkind球囊房隔造口术 ,建立可控大小ASD动物模型 ;术后即刻超声测量ASD直径和ASD边缘与周围结构的距离。结果 :6例无1例死亡 ;除1例并发心包积液外 ,无其他并发症 ;术后即刻超声示ASD直径范围4mm~10mm(6.16mm±2.40mm) ;ASD边缘与二尖瓣、三尖瓣、上腔静脉、下腔静脉、右上肺静脉及冠状窦的距离均在5mm以上。提示这种新方法具有易操作性 ,可控性 ,创伤小 ,并发症少 ,成功率高等优点 ,值得推广和应用。
In order to explore a new method for establishing a controllable atrial septal defect using atrial septal biopsy and balloon septostomy, 6 piglets of 3 weeks to 4 weeks were selected, weighing 5kg ~ 10kg (average 7.5kg) Under the guidance of X-ray and ultrasound, the model of ASD was established by means of transseptal puncture and Rashkind balloon atrial septostomy. The diameter of ASD and the distance between ASD edge and surrounding structures were measured immediately after operation. Results: There was no death in 6 cases. There was no other complication except one case with pericardial effusion. The ASD diameter ranged from 4mm to 10mm (6.16mm ± 2.40mm) Cusp, superior vena cava, inferior vena cava, right upper pulmonary vein and coronary sinus are more than 5mm. Prompted this new method has the advantages of easy operation, controllability, less trauma, fewer complications, higher success rate, it is worth promoting and application.
