目的了解怀化地区乡镇卫生院现状及存在的问题,为合理建设乡镇卫生院提供参考依据。方法以问卷调查方式随机抽查了怀化地区157所卫生院进行调查,采用SPSS16.0进行描述性分析。结果乡镇卫生院的发展很不平衡,77.7%是医院独家举办,机构经营形式为自负盈亏、工资自己解决的占79.0%。医务人员结构不合理,人员类别配置欠佳;严重缺少护士;无学历者占14.79%,本科及以上学历者占5.45%,以中专学历与大专学历者为主;无职称者占14.85%,副高及以上职称占4.03%。卫生院主要需要外科人才(63.7%)和妇科人才(64.3%),最需要强化的技能是应诊技能(43.9%),最需要强化的知识是临床医学专业知识(43.7%)。结论卫生院卫生技术人员配置不合理,学历、职称偏低,应加大政府经费投入,加强卫生人才队伍建设,促进农村卫生事业发展和保障农民健康水平。
Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of township hospitals in Huaihua area and provide references for the reasonable construction of township hospitals. Methods A random sample of 157 hospitals in Huaihua district was surveyed by questionnaire, and SPSS16.0 was used for descriptive analysis. Results The development of township hospitals was very unbalanced, with 77.7% being exclusively held by the hospital. The operating forms of the institutions were self-financing, with 79.0% of the wages themselves solved. The medical staff structure is irrational and the staffing category is poorly equipped. There is a serious shortage of nurses; 14.79% of them have no qualifications, 5.45% have bachelor’s degrees or above, and those with secondary education and college education; 14.85% Deputy titles and above accounted for 4.03%. The hospital mainly requires surgical personnel (63.7%) and gynecologists (64.3%). The skills that need to be strengthened most are consultation skills (43.9%), and the knowledge that needs to be strengthened most is clinical medicine (43.7%). Conclusion The allocation of health technicians in hospitals is unreasonable, with low academic and vocational titles. Government funding should be increased to strengthen the construction of health personnel, promote the development of rural health and protect the health of farmers.
