目的研制出一种特殊的大鼠松果腺摘除联合阿霉素(ADR)肾病模型。方法在手术摘除松果腺的基础上注射ADR,检测0,1,2,4wk时大鼠血生化和各周时24h尿蛋白水平。结果ADR组和ADR+松果腺摘除组大鼠均呈明显肾病综合症表现,且两者相比,后者的24h尿蛋白排泄量和血浆胆固醇水平显著高于前者,而血浆总蛋白和白蛋白水平则与之相反;单纯松果腺摘除不影响大鼠尿蛋白水平;松果腺摘除手术相关并发症是导致大鼠死亡的主要原因。结论松果腺摘除可加重阿霉素肾病的肾损害;这种特殊类型的肾病模型是研究松果腺褪黑素与慢性肾病关系的又一工具。
Objective To develop a special rat model of pineal gland removal and adriamycin (ADR) nephropathy. Methods ADR was injected on the basis of surgical removal of pineal gland, and the levels of 24 h urinary protein and blood biochemistry in rats at 0, 1, 2, and 4 weeks were measured. Results ADR group and ADR + pineal gland ablation group showed significant nephrotic syndrome, and the two groups compared to the latter 24h urinary protein excretion and plasma cholesterol levels were significantly higher than the former, while plasma total protein and albumin The level is the opposite; simple pineal gland removal does not affect rat urinary protein levels; complications associated with pineal excision surgery is the leading cause of death in rats. Conclusion The removal of pineal gland may aggravate the renal damage of adriamycin nephropathy. This special type of nephropathy model is another tool to study the relationship between melatonin and chronic kidney disease.
