师幼互动作为幼儿园教育的基本表现形式,存在于幼儿一日生活之中,表现在幼儿园教育的各个领域,并对幼儿发展有着举足轻重的作用。我们要注重和幼儿之间的情感互动,积极开展以幼儿为主体的师幼互动,从幼儿的兴趣出发,为幼儿创造一个轻松、愉快的互动氛围,为幼儿树立自信心。在音乐教学实践中,我们高度重视幼儿主体性的发挥,积极改善师幼互动状况的即时性效果,体会到对相关因素的调控是优化师幼互动过程的有效途径。
As a basic manifestation of kindergarten education, teacher-pupil interaction exists in the day-long life of kindergarten children and is manifested in all fields of kindergarten education and plays an important role in the development of early childhood education. We should pay attention to the emotional interactions with young children and actively carry out the interaction between young and old teachers and children. Based on the interest of young children, we should create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for young children to establish self-confidence for young children. In the practice of music teaching, we attach great importance to the play of children’s subjectivity and actively improve the immediate effect of the interaction between teachers and children. We understand that the regulation of related factors is an effective way to optimize the interaction between teachers and children.
