2005年以来,伴随着高等职业技术院校的扩大招生,应届毕业生的就业问题便成了整个社会的“着眼点”。不少研究者都曾在其作品中提到:如今就业市场当中高职学生被动、盲目性明显,因其对社会就业需求、自身能力之类缺乏了解,造成学习缺乏针对性、难以明确定位,最终造成其缺乏就业竞争力的现状。故而作为高职院校,有必要积极开展学生职业规划教育类活动,帮助学生在提升综合素质的同时形成科学的职业规划。 Since 2005, with the expansion of enrollment of higher vocational and technical colleges and universities, the employment of graduates has become the “focus” of the entire society. Many researchers have mentioned in their works that nowadays the vocational students in the job market are passive and blind with obvious lack of understanding on the demand for social employment and their own abilities, which results in the lack of pertinence in learning and the difficulty in clearly locating them. Eventually resulting in the lack of employment competitiveness of the status quo. Therefore, as a higher vocational college, it is necessary to actively carry out student career planning education activities to help students form a scientific career plan while improving overall quality.
